This chicken noodle soup recipe is literally the easiest & the best one I’ve made. You can make this on a weeknight, or a big batch on the weekend and freeze it and thaw it for an easy meal. I made this a few weeks ago and shared it with 10 different friends and family members that all said it was the best they have ever had! So I know it will be a WIN in your home! Enjoy!
Chicken breast; shredded
1 yellow onion; chopped
2 cups of celery; chopped
2 cups of carrots; chopped
2 Tbsp minced garlic
4 – 6 cups of water
2 tablespoons of Better than Bouillon chicken base – This is the key to making it insanely GOOD!
1/2 a pack of egg noodles
1. Add olive oil to a hot pan with celery, onion, carrots and minced garlic. Season well.
2. Add cooked chicken or pre cooked rotisserie chicken to pan.
3. Add the chicken base & water.
4. Add egg noodles & cook for 25 min on medium heat. Enjoy! 🍲
