I have partnered with Heluva Good to share some fun ways to spice up your kabobs as the summer comes to an end. We love to cookout, and continue to use our grill all throughout the year, unless there is actual snow on the ground. To me, the grill just makes everything taste a little bit better.
I love to add my own personal twist on traditional recipes, and the ideas are endless with Heluva Good! Dips. Some of my other favorites are the Bacon Horseradish, Buttermilk Ranch, and the Dill Pickle. These turn a boring snack into a party in your mouth! As the summer comes to an end, I wanted to share some simple tips to make Kabobs with a Twist for your next BBQ or family dinner.
Kabobs With A Twist:
- I cut the chicken and italian sausage into squares.
- I add them to a stick with peppers, onions and whatever else your heart desires.
- I season them with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Grill them for 5 minutes on each side.
- Set them out on a plate for everyone to enjoy with your favorite Heluva dipping sauce or spread your dip generously over top of the kabobs, and you are good to go!
*My favorite dipping sauce for this recipe is the Bacon Horseradish. It combines so well with the flavors of chicken, sausage, and veggies.
