Add olive oil and butter to a saucepan on medium-high heat.
Coat each filet with 1 tbsp of jerk seasoning. That should be divided between both sides of the filet. Rub into the filet.
Place salmon into the saucepan and cook for 4 minutes on each side.
Transfer to a plate and enjoy.
