I am always looking for ways to simplify holiday baking. This year, I am making these super easy chocolate dipped chocolate chip cookies.
The best part is they taste like they are made from scratch, but all I had to add is a stick of butter, an egg and some vanilla to this amazing Immaculate Baking Chocolate Chip Cookie mix. I easily picked this up at my local Target.

For this recipe, all I did was follow the directions on the box for the chocolate chip cookies. Then, I placed 2 cups of chocolate chips in a bowl and microwaved them for 3 minutes. I dipped half of the cookies into the chocolate dip and topped with some festive sprinkles. Let them dry on a sheet of parchment paper and dig in!
