You guys!! This Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo is to die for and so much easier than you would think! Making the sauce from scratch is so quick & easy and so much better for you than the canned stuff. My kids loved this recipe so much so I will be making it on repeat.

 

Ingredients: 

1 lb chicken breast; diced

2 cups of broccoli 

1 box fettuccine 

3 cloves garlic; minced 

2 bags of shredded parmesan 

2 tablespoons of olive oil 

1 cup heavy cream

2 cups of chicken broth

1 tablespoons of corn starch 

salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder to taste

Italian parsley; chopped 

 

 

Directions: 

    1. Salt water. Boil and cook pasta.
    2. Season, dice and cook chicken in olive oil. Set aside.
    3. Add olive oil, onions and garlic to a pan. Season well.
    4. Add broccoli, chicken broth, heavy cream, and cheese.
    5. Add cornstarch and simmer on low for 10 minutes.
    6. Add cooked pasta and chicken back to the pan. Add parsley. Enjoy!!!
