Satisfying my cravings with a healthier alternative

We all have cravings and most of mine center around chocolate, peanut butter, ice cream and any kind of candy.  I have shared in some of my previous posts, some ways I am really trying to be healthier in the new year and change some of my eating habits as well as taking better care of my body.

I wanted to share this delicious new product that I found at Giant, with you that my whole family loves.  Kemps Yo² is a frozen yogurt that I don’t have to feel guilty about indulging in.

Yo² has a clean label, which means I feel good about giving it to my family and putting it into my body.  It has NO high fructose corn syrup, NO artificial flavors and NO artificial growth hormones.

This year I have payed extra close attention to the labels on products and what’s going into my family’s bodies, so when I found this at Giant, I was one happy woman.

The flavors we decided to try are very vanilla and mudslide from our local Giant.  Both were a big hit for our entire family.

They are very easy to find right in your freezer section.

They are perfect for spicing up our smoothies for breakfast or relaxing in the evening watching my favorite show, without the guilt that other deserts bring.

I can even grab some after leaving the gym and not feel like my workout was a waste.  Working out creates a sweet tooth for me that I no longer have to feel bad about.  I am all about finding healthier ways to indulge and this is one.
