The older I get, the more I’m aware of all of the many changes we go through as women. Our bodies are constantly changing…and at this point I am fully convinced this won’t be stopping any time soon. I have learned to embrace this, and find products to help me with those changes.
I have had three beautiful boys. The process of pregnancy, and birth was truly miraculous. With those three miracles, came changes to my body that I can’t count if I tried. Carrying children in your body, and birthing them is not an easy process. Throughout the entire pregnancy I experienced a variety of changes that I had never seen or experienced before.
After having my children, I thought the changes would stop, but there were many things that just won’t go back to “pre-pregnancy” state no matter what you do. I have learned to embrace this. I am grateful to my girlfriends for letting me know I am not alone, and this is completely normal. All of us are different, and pregnancy affects each of us in a different way.
We are so adaptable, but sometimes it can be confusing when new symptoms appear that we haven’t seen before. Over the years, I have had some of my friends express their issues with occasional bladder leakage and urgency and after having their children. This totally makes sense after the journey our bodies have been through, our bladder muscles naturally start to lose strength.
This isn’t an issue for everyone, but it is rather common. Many times women will experience this when laughing with their friends or family, doing a cardio workout, or even sneezing. We don’t want occasional bladder leakage to stop us from enjoying anything life has to offer.
I have definitely experienced more of an urge to go in the middle of the night, waking up more than I did pre-pregnancy. However, I think this is a combination of babies, and just getting older in general. A good night’s sleep is hard to find, and you learn how to sleep walk to the bathroom in the dark without breaking a leg. It comes with the territory.
Who knew there was something out there that helps reduce occasional bladder urgency. AZO Bladder Control® is a safe, drug-free supplement that contains a naturally sourced blend of pumpkin seed extract and soybean isoflavones that supports bladder strength and helps reduce the urge to go, day and night.* Amazing! It supports bladder muscles, and the ingredients in AZO Bladder Control® can also help reduce those occasional sudden urges to go the bathroom.* Ladies, can you even imagine a full night of sleep?! Sounds like music to my ears.
Another benefit! It does not contain synthetic colors, flavors, yeast or gluten. So, if those are things you are trying to avoid, this is a perfect solution. Pads and liners can be uncomfortable, and they address the outcome rather than the source of the issue. AZO Bladder Control® with Go-Less® helps consumers do this while reducing occasional bladder leakage and urgency, while taking charge of their health*. It’s so great when we can find products that help us embrace some of life’s uncomfortable changes, and gives us a sense of normalcy. Some of us may not have this issue as a result of having children. However, as we continue to age, it is very common. I am glad that AZO Bladder Control® with Go-Less® can help us out along the way.AZO Bladder Control® is a trademark of DSM.
