OVERNIGHT BREAKFAST OATS

This is such a simple, delicious recipe that you can throw together for any weekday morning.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 container (5.3oz) yogurt (any flavor)
  • 2 Tbsp quick cooking or old-fashioned oats
  • 2 Tbsp crushed Cheerios
  • 1/4 cup fresh fruit

Instructions
 

  • In a container, mix together yogurt, cereal and oats.
  • Cover and refrigerate 8 hours , but no longer than 3 days before eating. Top with your favorite fruit.

Notes

One of our favorite cereals from the youngest to the oldest is Cheerios. Most days we eat Cheerios by themselves or add a sliced banana (my favorite) but, we like to try out many of their other recipes too.
Cheerios have no artificial colors or flavors and are made with 100% whole grain oats that are rich in fiber and protein.
One of our favorite recipes are Overnight Breakfast Oats. Throw your favorite fruit on top and it’ll be a hit in your home.

This is seriously the easiest thing to put together and my kids love helping me make it.  The night before, we throw a few ingredients in a container and it comes out delicious.
