Freezer Breakfast Burrito
A super easy and delicious breakfast burrito that can be easily warmed up any morning before heading out the door!

- 1 lb pork sausage
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 dozen eggs; scrambled
- 8 oz sharp shredded cheese
- salt and pepper
- 10 flour tortillas
- 1 Tablespoon butter
Add butter to a saucepan over medium-high heat.
Scramble eggs with salt & pepper (to taste)
In another saucepan, add pork sausage and break up as it cooks. Add diced onions and cook together.
Place all items in a bowl. Layer each tortilla with eggs, sausage/onions and cheese.
Fold burrito with seam on the bottom. Wrap in parchment paper. Wrap in aluminum foil.
