Disney Social Media Mom's Conference Recap - Day 2

Day 2 of the Disney Social Mom’s Conference was nothing short of AMAZING!!

We started our day with a Sunrise Breakfast in Disney’s Animal Kingdom before the park even opened. What could be better?! It was in the new, most beautiful, addition to the park…Pandora: The World of Avatar. It features some of the best rides I’ve ever seen.

We started at 6:30 am in the park. Pandora is just amazing in the dark, so it was fun to see it first thing in the morning. We ate in the beautiful restaurant, Satu’li Canteen in Pandora. The breakfast was nothing short of beautiful and delicious.

This area of the park was just visually amazing along with all of the rides.

Everyone kept stopping us to ask about our personalized Mickey shirts and we got them from a great Etsy shop called EnchantedbyDesigns.

Disney asked to record our family for some promotional items. We met up with the film crew around 7:30am. We were amazed by how much of a production it was, and the amount of people and equipment in this crew. The people in team were the nicest ever. They put microphones on us, and we started out with our VIP access to a variety of rides and shows. It was such a fun experience, and I was asked multiple times “What are you famous for?” Here is a quick peek at some of the equipment…

After a few hours, we had some free time to explore the rest of Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

At 2 pm we were all transported over to Disney’s Hollywood Studios. We were able to chat with the Imagineering Team of Toy Story Land, coming this summer. I can’t wait to go back and check this place out.

Later, we had some free time to check out the great rides at this park. Toy Story Mania and Rock n’ Roller Coaster were definitely family favorites.

Then we headed over to PizzeRizzo for a sponsored dinner by GoGo Squeez. As a foodie, I lived for these meals. They were over the top with presentation, flavors, and more options than you could imagine.
