We have been incorporating No Yolks in our weekly meals for a while now.  If my kids could have one thing for dinner every day of the week, it would be noodles. Not pizza. Not french fries. Noodles.

Luckily, there are so many different ways you can prepare noodles.  So, I have found many different ways to incorporate them into various meals.  Mainly because it’s easy and simplifies dinner time.

No Yolks are so versatile and aren’t just for stroganoff or casseroles. Even though they do make the perfect Chicken or Beef Noodle Soup.  They are also so good in French Onion and Miso soups.

There is so much you can do with them.  Some dishes I look forward to trying out soon are Sriracha Cheesy Noodles and Noodles with Kale and Walnut Pesto.

As you all know, I’m very conscious about what I serve my family and the ingredients.  The best part of No Yolks is that it is a healthy egg noodle alternative.  They are made from egg whites and have no cholesterol.  Because I am trying to focus on being more fit, it helps that they are low in fat and sodium.

When I make them, they always cook up smooth, firm and fluffy and stay that way in my favorite recipes.  Because they are a high quality noodle, they don’t turn to mush in the cooking process or in your favorite dish.

I never have a ton of time to spend on dinner, but I am a true foodie at heart so I love delicious dishes I can throw together in 20 minutes or less.  No Yolks Noodles help me do this.  They come in many other varieties as well including: Broad, Extra Broad, Fine, Kluski, Dumplings, and now Stir-Fry. This opens up a whole new range of recipe options.

You can easily find these in the pasta isle at your local grocery store. I am always looking for savings and am happy to share a .50 OFF coupon with you, that you can grab HERE.

Also, You can win a $100 gift card!! The giveaway will run from October 3- November 15, 2017.
