I am sharing my famous chicken salad recipe with grapes that is full of flavor and perfect for lunch or dinner.
My family gets so excited when I make chicken salad. If I can get it to last a few days that is a major win, but they usually inhale it within 24 hours.
We love to use it for sandwiches, a easy wrap, or throw it on top of some lettuce to make a salad.
I’ve made many varieties of this chicken salad over the years, but there is something about adding the grapes that takes it to another level and makes it the perfect blend of sweet and salty flavors.
Some people also like to add nuts to this recipe, but we have a son with a serious nut allergy so we leave them out.
We typically enjoy this chicken salad recipe for lunch, but you could easily use it for dinner as well or throw some cheese on it and make it a melt!
The best part is that I use canned chicken to simply this recipe even more. You can also boil and shred chicken or use a store brought rotisserie, but I grab a few cans and just throw all of the ingredients in a bowl. Stir it all together and your good to go!
You could also use whatever you have on hand in this recipe, it is still good even if you don’t have all of the ingredients available.
