I haven’t seen my kids devour anything as fast as these chicken bacon ranch sliders in a really long time. They are so delicious and crazy easy to make. I literally threw these together on a super busy night in between running kids to sports and work meetings and they were a major hit. I make a good amount of these because, I have 3 boys that eat an insane amount but you could easily cut this in half if you just wanted it as an appetizer, lunch or making it for 2.
The recipe is below!!
Ingredients:
4 cups of diced chicken breast
1 small onion; diced
1 cup ranch dressing
1.5 cups of bacon; chopped
2 packs of Hawaiian Rolls
2 cups of mozzarella cheese
8 slices of provolone cheese
1 teaspoon of season salt, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper
garlic butter (2 tablespoons of butter + 2 teaspoons of garlic powder and parsley)
Directions:
- Dice up chicken breasts and season. Add diced onion and cook in olive oil until done.
- Cook bacon separately and chop.
- Cut open the Hawaiian rolls & top with provolone cheese slices.
- Top with chicken mixture. Add tops of the rolls back.
- Make garlic butter and brush tops of the rolls.
- Bake at 350 for 20 min. Enjoy!
